Do I need to pay for an estimate?
No, not when you contact Mid Cape Roofing! We provide all our estimates free of charge.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry policies for both liability and worker’s compensation as required by law.
Do I need a permit?
It depends. You certainly may and in that case Mid Cape Roofing will work with you to secure necessary permits before starting our project together.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by credit card due to the 1-4% service charge we incur when processing credit card payments. We work hard to keep our pricing as low and fair as possible and not accepting credit cards allow us to achieve this goal year over year.
What type of roofing material do you use?
We will use only premium roofing materials and are happy to say there are many styles and brands of quality roofing shingles available. We install both asphalt shingles and wood shingles, and are happy to make suggestions, provide samples, or addresses of homes for you to look at. If you have a preference for a specific style or brand, please let us know up front.
Will I need a dumpster to remove my old roofing?
No Mid Cape Roofing will remove all old materials and will pick up your property at the end of each workday. We will leave your property in as good, if not better, condition than it was when we started!
